The near Earth plasma is characterized by a number of effects due to electric and magnetic fields variations, the mechanism of wave-particle interaction and the nonstationarity of the background situation. Owing to these effects, the near Earth plasma demonstrates the complicated dynamics and chaotic behavior of its parameters.
